



The Solaris is designed for front- and back side coating of crystalline solar cells. The Multi layer capability allows passivation and “silane free” SiN – AR (Anti Reflective) coating on the front side, with the freedom to select optical criteria (refractive indices etc.) as well as passivation and Al-contact layer deposition on the back side of the solar cell. A flexible system design allows for processing of all common solar cell formats: Mono- and multicrystalline wafers 125 x 125mm, 156 x 156mm (square & pseudo-square) with a thickness of 100 – 300 microns. Solaris can easily be integrated into automated inline production systems and is specifically designed to achieve high throughput at the lowest cost of ownership.
