Monthly pay (13 times per year)
For management positions, in addition to the fixed salary we pay a variable amount that is linked to achieving quantitative and qualitative objectives and the success of the company.

Planned work hours
The weekly working time is 40 hours.
Flexible work hours
Work is done to meet the needs of the company and the employees, with reference to the annual number of planned working hours.
Trust-based working hours apply to middle and senior management. Every middle or senior manager determines his or her working hours in accordance with the work volume and business operation in consultation with his or her line manager or team. Hence every middle or senior manager is responsible, with his or her line manager or team, for reaching and accomplishing set targets and tasks.
Employees are entitled to the following number of paid holidays per calendar year:
